At MSI Forks; part of the Forging Division of MS International PLC:- manufacturers of fork-arms for forklift trucks and forgings for the defence, oil, gas and power generation industries. In the role of Technical Director responsibilities were operational, technical and quality. The business created opportunities to take responsibility for; the project management, purchase and installation of capital equipment; HR and recruitment policies.
Throughout my career I have sought to improve the businesses, in which I have been involved.
